Intelli-Zone™ One Year Limited Warranty
All Intelli-Zone™ machines are covered by the limited warranty described herein for the sole benefit of the original purchaser. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase on Intelli-Zone™ models against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not include consumable parts and shipping.
In the event such defects are within the warranty period Intelli-Zone™ will at its sole option, repair or replace with an equivalent product at no charge to the original purchaser. Warranty labor is covered for one (1) year. Intelli-Zone™ reserves the right to require proof of purchase to perform warranty service.
This limited warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, vandalism, improper service, act of nature, improper supply power or other causes not arising out of defect in material or workmanship.
In no event shall Intelli-Zone™ be liable for the loss of use of the product, removal expenses, transportation damage or any other special incidental or consequential cost(s), expenses or damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of the machine or its use by the purchaser, user or any other person. This limited warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including but no limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. There are no warranties beyond the description on the face hereof.
